Description
The Chapel Center at Dover Air Force Base was a design-build project for the United States Army Corps of Engineers. The project consisted of a 19,343 sf. building that contains a 300-seat multi-denominational chapel, administration offices, classrooms, a multi-purpose room, and a dignified transfer great room for use by the mortuary services.
The design and construction of this project complied with anti-terrorism/force protection criteria. Additionally, the project received LEED Silver certification. Documents were prepared in accordance with USACE requirements.
