Description
The major renovation of Hilltop Plaza in Bowie, Maryland was completed in 2011. A new warmly colored façade was added throughout the center using brick, stone veneer and EIFS, as well as new tower features and metal canopies. New hardscape, signage, and lighting were also added. The renovation brought revitalization to this neighborhood center and improved leasing with many new tenants including an organic grocery store and fitness center.
