Three Park Place- Annapolis, MD

Three Park Place is a five-story, 125,000 sf Class A office building with ground-level retail. Located in Downtown Annapolis, the building adjoins the existing Park Place mixed-use development that includes a hotel, a residential complex, and a future performing arts center. The precast architecture is designed to balance the requirements of providing a cohesive design for the larger development as well as building individuality. This is achieved with an arched arcade and a breezeway with substantial metal and glazing, as well as more subtle attention to detailing. Shipley’s Grant- Columbia, MD

Shipley’s Grant is located just outside Columbia, MD on Route 108, just west of Snowden River Parkway. It is a two-structure retail development comprising a total of 27,000 sf.

The buildings are unique in that the exterior design blends with the residential development and are a part of the overall master plan for the site.
