11/12/13 On Monday, we gave a warm bigwaha welcome to Anne Arundel Community College’s Professional Practices class, led by Brandi Shepard, Assoc. AIA. 13 students joined us for a brief presentation about bigwah followed by a discussion about how the use of technology has transformed the industry. The group went through Sketchup and REVIT models for a current project to illustrate the capabilities of the software and learn how as a firm we utilize the technology.
This visit was a follow up to a panel discussion for the same class that bigwaha participated in that discussed the different aspects of the architecture profession and allowed the students to gain the perspective of both a seasoned architect and an architectural intern.
