9/26/13 Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects was honored at ABC Virginia’s Excellence in Construction awards on September 12, 2013. The project, Boulevard Marketplace, is located in Fairfax, VA. The boutique center is comprised of three buildings totaling over 17,000 sf and was completed for the J. Donegan Company.
