Bignell Watkins Hasser was engaged by a developer to devise a plan for the redevelopment of 110 Compromise Street located in Downtown Annapolis. The team was charged with designing a mixed-use building with ground level retail and office/residential space on the second and third floors that both fit into the Annapolis context but also supported the City Dock master plan.
