Our firm is providing full interior design services for this new construction project, creating bright, contemporary spaces that reflect the energy and sophistication of urban life. The design brings together 203 workforce apartments and 227 senior independent living units—each offered below market rate—along with 36,000 SF of amenity areas and nearly 23,000 SF of retail.
The interior design focuses on balancing modern elegance with warmth and comfort. Rich materials, tailored lighting, and textural contrast are used to create an inviting atmosphere that feels both refined and approachable. Shared amenities and rooftop spaces are planned to foster wellness, social connection, and a strong sense of community across generations.
