Fello at the Mall will transform approximately 5,300 SF within the Annapolis Mall into an inclusive, community-centered hub for Fello’s Communities Day Services program. Designed as a warm, modern, and fully accessible environment, the project includes an open gathering area, pantry, meeting room, shared office, ample storage, and an accessible restroom with an adult changing station.
Located within the mall, the hub will provide direct access to a wide range of amenities—dining, recreation, fitness, arts, and the public library—supporting independence, meaningful engagement, and everyday community life. When complete, Fello at the Mall will serve as a vibrant extension of Fello’s mission to champion the rights of people with disabilities and foster equitable, relationship-centered, opportunity-rich communities.
