Description
This flagship Lexus dealership is a 31,000 s.f. project, located at the intersection of Grant and Pennsylvania avenues in Wilmington, Delaware. Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects provided architectural services to renovate the interior and exterior.
The interior was gutted and reconstructed with an attractive modern design that featured natural stone, granite and wood features. The new design provided an upgraded waiting area with a fireplace, new sales offices and a modernized repair facility. The exterior was renovated to convert an old Lexus prototype façade into a prominent building with features to enhance its roadside presence.
