Monarch Coopers Corner is a one-of-a-kind Assisted Living and Memory Care community, combining a boutique wellness setting and modern amenities to provide a personalized experience in a luxe community environment. The 62,000 sf., 72-unit building features a modern craftsman interior design that is simple and elegant with refined finishes and furnishings that appeal to today’s seniors. On track to receive WELL Certification by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the interior design encourages healthy living and a connection to nature through an earthy color palette, textured stone and woodwork, abundant natural light, and finishes and materials derived from nature.
