Description
Northgate Fire Station No. 29 is based on a prototype design developed by Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects, PC as part of the Middletown Volunteer Fire Station project. The facility contains five apparatus drive-through bays, crew quarters, office areas, watch desk, kitchen, dining, and dayroom facilities. The project is designed with transition corridors to reduce the spread of carcinogens into the living corridors. The project also contains a free-standing hose dryer and training tower.
