Description
Located in Tysons Corner, this project is a complex program that includes a six-story, 135,000 sf office building, a two-level 80,000 sf retail building with a third level of office space above, and a 1,020 space eight-level parking facility that is configured to take full advantage of the site’s prominent exposure.
All functions are interconnected via a pedestrian plaza and a raised pedestrian bridge. This concept is reinforced through the use of pre-stressed concrete, steel, and precast concrete facades with curtain wall details throughout.
