Description
The Village at Leesburg is one of the largest mixed used centers constructed in Northern Virginia. The project consists of thirty individual structures that come together to form a dynamic composition providing a place for people to live, work, dine, shop, and play. The 57-acre open-air center features 40 retailers and restaurants, Class A office space, a flagship Wegmans food store, residential units, a fitness center, an upscale hotel and structured parking, all seamlessly blended along an animated “Main Street” that features a state-of-the-art outdoor plaza. The design goal of The Village at Leesburg was to create a project that would add value to people’s lives and to the surrounding community.
