Description
The initial phase of Village Square at Urbana, designed by BigWaha for Natelli Communities, recently completed construction and is open for business! BigWaHa’s role was to manage the design from conceptual renderings through permitting and construction, with a focus on incorporating traditional cladding materials with contemporary massing elements. We enjoyed working closely with our client and Glen Arm Building Company to create a vibrant and attractive set of buildings and interior spaces for the end users and the surrounding community. The initial phase of the project consists of four buildings totaling over 20k SF of retail space, located along Interstate 270 in Frederick County, MD.
