Adel has been instrumental in developing the firm to its current successful standing. He was named Vice President in 1999 and soon after opened the company’s second office in Tysons Corner, Virginia. In addition to Adel’s role in the management of the firm and the mentoring of a talented team, he also oversees many of the award-winning projects ranging from large-scale mixed-use and commercial office developments and town centers to meticulously crafted retail stores and car dealerships. His extensive design experience and thoughtful management style continues to provide the firm with inspiration and energy.
