Ashby leads the firm's Interior Design efforts and brings to each project a keen understanding of the elements of design and the human and physical environment. An NCIDQ certified Interior Designer, she has experience in corporate, retail, senior living, public sector and residential design. Ashby is passionate about functional and aesthetically driven design that enhances the well-being of users and occupants and strives to create personalized, elevated experiences uniquely tailored to the needs and nuances of each client.
