Metro Office Park is a campus of seven large Class A office buildings ranging from four-story, 100,000 SF to six-story, 300,000 SF. Efficient floor plates of 26,000 SF are based on a 30’ x 40’ column spacing designed to meet the needs to today’s office space users. The project includes a 2,200-space, seven-level parking garage. Two of the office buildings are certified LEED GOLD.

The exterior of the buildings are a subtle palette of red rose and pastel rose brick weaved in hand chiseled Arriscraft stone base and banding. This subtle skin is contrasted by the bold sculptural accents of steel, stone, and glass. The buildings feature a vaulted clerestory area at the top floor suitable for special functions. The buildings share amenities including a health club facilities and a landscaped pedestrian plaza.

Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects designed the parking garage and six out of the seven office buildings.
