Description
Three Park Place is a five-story, 125,000 SF Class A office building with ground-level retail. Located in Downtown Annapolis, the building adjoins the existing Park Place mixed-use development that includes a hotel, a residential complex, and a future performing arts center. The precast architecture is designed to balance the requirements of providing a cohesive design for the larger development as well as building individuality. This is achieved with an arched arcade and a breezeway with substantial metal and glazing, as well as more subtle attention to detailing.
The building is constructed above an existing three-story garage.
