Description
This project involved the reconstruction of two existing buildings to meet Toyota National Standards. The first building houses the Pre-Owned Sales Division and the second houses the Main Sales Showroom and supporting functions, service bays and administrative offices.
The program contained sales area, lounge, and five service bays. The Main Sales Building required the demolition of the existing sales and administrative areas and service and parts departments. The rebuild consisted of a new showroom for both the Toyota and Scion brands, a new car delivery area, new service lanes, new service adviser area, renovated customer lounge with children’s play area, renovated parts department and new administrative offices.
