Description
Bignell Watkins Hasser designed the interior and exterior of this 32,975 SF Class A office space with 6,955SF on each of four floors. The use of brick in simple geometries picks up the traditional theme of the Annapolitan environment. The use of awnings, metallic finishes, trellises, and brackets and cable invokes a nautical theme with a contemporary flair. Together, the design projects a progressive, contemporary image for the bank which does not forget the importance of tradition.
The architectural staff interviewed department heads for specific programmatic details. Through this interview process, Bignell Watkins Hasser was able to develop space planning and interior design. Some of the office space was built as speculative lease space.
