Description
Fallsgrove Village Office Center is a three-story, 75,000 sf. Class A office building with elegant amenities, and a 25,000 sf. two level parking deck. The design of the office building incorporates the Village Center motif of the Fallsgrove Village Center, of which the office building is an integral part. The entry is central and prominent, thus serving as the focal point of the building. It features a suspended stainless steel and glass canopy that is highlighted with special illumination at night. Well placed light sources and point lights accentuate the buildings articulated facade of glass, metal, brick and precast.
The office and retail center are supported by a two-story parking structure, which is built directly behind the office building.
